Roll Cabbage




How are you~?


I'm really lazy because of this recent weather><;

Be careful to change your health condition!





I should eat some vegetable food to keep healty...


So, I made a "Roll Cabbage".




But It's not summer food, I want to eat it in winter~^^;;




By the way...I'll tell you my recipe.





Ingredients


*4 pieces of cabbage

*1 onione

*1 egg

*1 pack of mushroom(Maitake)

*20g of bread crumbs

*150g of ground beef and pork

*a bit of salt & pepper


*1 tomato puree can

*a bit of salt & pepper

*a bit of powder cheese

*a bit of basil






First, mince an onione.

Also, cut a mushroom(Maitake) same as the onion.


















Fry the onion and Maitake and season with salt and pepper.
















Move to fried onion and Maitake into a bowl, add bread crumbs, egg and meat.

Mix them well.










After finishing it, move it to a plastic bag.












Then, cut the side of the plastic bag.
















Heat a cabbage by using a microwave oven about 5 minutes until it become soft.













Squeeze the meat from the plastic bag on the cabbage.













Roll it up and fix by a toothpick.













Put them into a pot.


Pour a little of water and tomato purre can.











Stew them for a long time and season with salt and pepper.













Finally, serve them in dishes and put basil and powder cheese.


And... EAT!!

    I love roll cabbage too!!
    It's good idea to use microwave and paper bag.
    I'll try to do that for saving time and easy to cook. Thanks:)
