Delicious Egg






I'll introduce you to how to make boiled eggs with soy sauce(aji-tsuki tamago in Japanese).





























Everyone can see it on ramen and so on!
I like it because it's very tasty even if I eat it only!




Preparation


#4 eggs
#Soy Sauce 1&1/2 tablespoons
#Water 1&1/2 tablespoons
#Sugar 1 tablespoon






【1】First, boil 4 eggs by using a kettle!

【2】Pour water and put eggs in the kettle and switch on!


















【3】After boiling water, leave the egg about 5 minutes.


【4】During waiting, prepare a sauce.




【5】In a plastic bag, put soy sauce, water and sugar.



















【6】Remove eggshells and put boiled eggs in the prepared sauce.
















【7】Keep them in a refrigerator a night.


【8】Eat with ramen or rice!!!

    To boil water,using a kettle is faster than a pan! So I use it but pan is also ok^^*
