Do you like sushi? What's your favorite sushi?
I especially like tuna and scallop(hotate in Japanese).
During GW, I went to sushi restaurant and ate special gunkan(=put ingredients on sweet vinegared rice rolled up by seaweed).
The ingredients of gunkan were sea urchin(uni in Japanese), tuna and salmon roe(ikura in Japanese).
What a amount of salmon roe!!!
Amazing!!!!!!
Of course, the taste was so good!!!!
I felt I'm rich!
But I thought it's better to eat separately...lol
Some people don't like sea urchin and salmon roe but they might eaten low quality seafoods.
Fresh sea urchin and salmon roe are awesome!
If you never tried them, please eat once!
I want all of people in Japan to like sushi!
